The gust speed is not higher than the mean wind speed.

The input is longer than 65,536 characters and was not parsed.

An unexpected internal error; please report the input.

InvalidChangeGroup = 15

A TAF change group (FM, BECMG, TEMPO, PROB) is malformed or incomplete.

A cloud group is malformed.

A pressure group is malformed.
